Daily News uses photoshop to make images of Boston bombing less gory

Making changes here or there is understandable these days in photography, but in the case of the Daily News, it looks like they were so adamant to get a "good" shot for their headline that they actually reduced the injury to a person so the shot was printable. Kinda shameful if you ask me. 

Fstoppers has the whole story but I warn you, there its a not for the faint of heart. 

Murad Osmanns "Follow Me" series

Murad Osmann had the amazing idea of doing some point-of-view shots for a series that allows us to go to some pretty fantastic places with him. Taking us along is his girlfriend. We never see her face. It really is a wonderful series I suggest you check out.

Vegas is frozen!

It has been very very cold here in Las Vegas the last few weeks. The entire west has been experiencing unseasonably cold weather. The strip hotels are covered in water features. Walking through Mandalay Bay I had a chance to grab some abstract shots of the results. Check it out!
